As a Floorhand, you will play a crucial role in drilling operations, assisting with the setup and maintenance of drilling equipment while prioritising safety and efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in physically demanding environments and enjoy working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and take down drilling rigs and equipment.
• Clean and maintain rig tools and machinery.
• Monitor and operate equipment under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency drills.
• Take part in routine inspections and maintenance.
• Provide assistance in rigging up drilling equipment.
• Document daily activities and report to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with the drilling crew.

Requirements

Education

• Valid certification in health and safety training

Experience

• Experience working on drilling rigs is an advantage
