Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in Newcastle. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in project management, demonstrating their ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project life cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align project expectations.
  • Implement agile project management methodologies to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Establish clear project goals and monitor progress against them.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  • Evaluate project performance and report on metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure best practices in project management are adhered to across the organisation.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions to gather feedback.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect within project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing projects in various industries
