Boiling Tub Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boiling Tub Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Boiling Tub Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining boiling tubs, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor boiling tub machinery and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Document daily operations and report production metrics to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Implement best practices for production efficiency and quality control.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Experience with equipment maintenance and basic repair tools

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Certifications

• Hygiene and Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma: Familiarity with methods to enhance production processes.
