Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join our Liverpool office, responsible for maintaining and optimising our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in systems administration, ensuring our systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance and security, performing upgrades as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Train staff on new technologies and best practices.
  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for systems and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a system administration role or similar experience
Technical Skills
  • Active Directory
  • Firewall and Security Configurations
Soft Skills
  • Analytical skills
Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
