Job Description
As a Computer Network Support Specialist, you will manage and maintain our network infrastructure. You will ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect our systems.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing network infrastructure that meets business needs.
Configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Maintaining network security and compliance with industry standards.
Providing end-user support and managing helpdesk tickets for network-related issues.
Staying informed on new technologies to enhance the current network setup.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Higher-level networking certifications preferred
Experience
3-5 years in network administration or a similar role
