Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. Your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a customer-centric culture by advocating for the needs of our clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates and best practices.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvement initiatives.
  • Work with marketing to develop customer success stories and case studies.
  • Facilitate client training sessions to educate them about product features.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Meet with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggestions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional certifications in Customer Success Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a tech environment
