Job Description

As a Dope Pourer, you'll be tasked with applying chemical solutions to surfaces, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish. This role is crucial to our production process and demands precise attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Pour and apply chemical coatings to specified surfaces in compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct surface inspections for defects before application.
  • Prepare components for coating by cleaning and priming as necessary.
  • Accurately mix and handle chemical solutions according to strict guidelines.
  • Adjust machinery to achieve the desired application results.
  • Keep comprehensive records of the application process and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to manage workflow and project completion.
  • Clean and maintain coating equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout all processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
