Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Manager to drive improvements in our supply chain operations. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless logistics and inventory processes, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance supply chain logistics to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Implement technology solutions to improve data accuracy and visibility in supply chain operations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential supply chain disruptions.
• Develop training programs for team members to improve skills and performance.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance for upper management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing supply chain operations

• Supply Chain Software

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)

• Familiarity with freight forwarding processes: Understanding of freight forwarding and customs regulations.
