Job Description

As an Account Manager based in Belfast, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of outstanding services. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong professional relationships with clients to understand their business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients.
  • Drive strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts and company policies.
  • Listen to client feedback and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new clients to our services.
  • Work towards achieving team targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP) are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
