Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the ability to build positive relationships with students to enhance their learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
• Provide guidance to students in extracurricular activities.
• Assist in the management of classroom behavior and discipline.
• Help organize classroom events and student learning presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Adapt learning materials to cater to individual student needs.

Requirements

Education

• A Levels or equivalent qualification
• Degree in Education or related field is an advantage

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in teaching or supporting within an educational environment preferred.
