Job Description

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will act as the friendly face of our organisation, welcoming guests with enthusiasm and ensuring they have an outstanding experience. Your role will include assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about local attractions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Address guest queries through various channels including in-person and online.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination to promote guest participation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and recommend changes.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and aesthetics of all guest-facing areas.
  • Manage guest feedback effectively to enhance service delivery.
  • Support the team in maintaining a positive and vibrant atmosphere.
  • Handle cash and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance personal and team skills.

Requirements

Education
  • No specific qualifications required, but a degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience working in a hotel or similar environment is advantageous
