• Assist with event planning and coordination to promote guest participation.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and recommend changes.
• Monitor the cleanliness and aesthetics of all guest-facing areas.
• Manage guest feedback effectively to enhance service delivery.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and vibrant atmosphere.
• Handle cash and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service Proficient in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse guests.
• Problem Solving Adept at resolving issues and complaints efficiently.
• English (Fluent)
• Any additional language is a plus (Basic)
