Your role will also involve providing ongoing support throughout the booking process to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and fulfill clients' travel requests through personalized consultations.
  • Curate travel packages that suit diverse budgets and preferences.
  • Assist clients with travel insurance options and additional services.
  • Handle travel bookings promptly and accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide expert advice on local customs, cultures, and attractions.
  • Network with tourism boards and airlines to foster strong partnerships.
  • Track bookings and provide clients with itinerary updates as needed.
  • Utilise CRM software to manage client information and track sales.
  • Mentor new staff in travel consultancy best practices.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Degree in Tourism or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in travel consultancy or sales
