Food Safety Coordinator

Job Description

As a Food Safety Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all food safety practices are adhered to. You will work closely with our team to implement new standards and improve existing procedures, contributing to the overall quality of our food products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of food safety training modules for staff and management.
• Implement corrective actions for identified non-conformities during audits.
• Serve as a point of contact for food safety-related inquiries.
• Facilitate workshops to promote awareness of food safety practices.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team on food safety initiatives.
• Review and analyse sanitation standards and practices.
• Assist in managing food quality testing procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related field

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Quality Control Processes
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Food Safety Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
