Job Description

We are looking for a Pickler to join our dedicated team. As a Pickler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that high-quality pickled products are created efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack vegetables for pickling processes.
• Create pickling brines and flavourings as per established recipes.
• Monitor and maintain optimal pickling conditions.
• Pack finished products efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the pickling environment.
• Record production data accurately for reporting.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot any production issues.
• Assist in training new employees on safety and quality protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required but helpful.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Food Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in a food production environment: Prior experience in food-related roles is advantageous.
