Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest level of guest service.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve exceptional service performance.
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new policies and procedures.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in developing the hotel's annual budget.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to promote hotel events.
  • Liaise with department heads to optimize operational performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role
