Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Field Clerk to join our administrative team. This role involves providing essential clerical support to field staff, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective coordination between site activities and office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections on electric locomotives prior to operation.
• Assist the driver during the journey with communication and monitoring systems.
• Report any mechanical issues to maintenance teams promptly.
• Follow strict safety guidelines to ensure passenger and crew safety.
• Participate in training sessions on safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training or NVQ qualification in rail operations

Experience

• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electric locomotives is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
