Job Description

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager with a passion for excellence in service and food quality. The successful candidate will oversee our kitchen and dining operations, ensuring our standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff.
  • Ensure that the dining area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas and serving areas.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
  • Management qualifications preferred
