Job Description

Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff.
Ensure that the dining area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas and serving areas.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
