Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will take charge of menu development, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure the highest standard of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and instruct them on cooking techniques.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage supply orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture among kitchen staff.
  • Review and adjust recipes for consistency and quality.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising food quality.
  • Attend industry events to keep abreast of culinary trends.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Advanced Culinary Certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior culinary role, ideally in fine dining.
