Job Description
As a Project Engineer, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of complex engineering projects. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, driving the success of projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and engineering processes for new projects.
Monitor and report on project milestones and performance metrics.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project alignment.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in project management
