Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of complex engineering projects. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, driving the success of projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and engineering processes for new projects.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project alignment.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
