Sweater Operator

Job Description

As a Sweater Operator, you will be responsible for operating our knitting machinery to create high-quality sweaters. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of knitting techniques and be capable of troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate circular knitting machines for quality production.
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for production efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the Production Supervisor and team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience operating knitting machinery.

Technical Skills

• Knitting machines operation
• Troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with computerized control systems: Familiarity with using computerized systems for knitting machines.
• Ability to read technical drawings: Experience in interpreting schematics and technical documents.
