Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Development Officer to drive our research initiatives in Luton. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research strategies, ensuring our products meet regulatory standards and deliver optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to support drug development initiatives.
  • Review and assess patent literature to ensure relevance in development strategies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners for sourcing of materials and active ingredients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product messaging with development outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • PhD in a related discipline is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in drug development and research
