Job Description

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will take charge of our Bristol location, leading a dedicated team while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance. We seek an individual who is not only goal-oriented but also committed to developing talent within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the performance and productivity of a team of retail staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business or equivalent is a plus
