Job Description

As a Travel Consultant at Travellers Haven Ltd., you will be the go-to person for our customers seeking memorable travel experiences. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in making informed decisions about their travel plans.
  • Provide complete and accurate travel documentation.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage in marketing efforts to attract new clients.
  • Take part in continuous training to improve travel knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or relevant vocational qualifications.
  • A degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-focused role.
