Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Planner to join our Salisbury office. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to local regulations and guidelines. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in bringing architectural visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive architectural designs for various projects.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
• Prepare and present project proposals and cost estimates.
• Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and compliance.
• Review and validate contractor invoices to ensure proper payment.
• Promote sustainability in all designs and planning.
• Interface with local government officials regarding project approvals.
• Utilise 3D modelling tools to enhance visual presentations.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural planning

Technical Skills

• GIS Software
• 3D Modelling

• Negotiation

Certifications

• RIBA Part 2

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with client relations: Strong background in managing client expectations and relationships.
