Job Description
As an Engine Repair Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance and repair of engines. Your expertise will ensure optimal engine performance, compliance with safety regulations, and high-quality repair standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise all activities related to engine repair and maintenance.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to the engine repair team.
Conduct inspections and diagnose engine problems.
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts used.
Monitor work performance and ensure adherence to company processes.
Actively engage in troubleshooting and resolving complex engine issues.
Train and develop junior technicians in best practices.
Evaluate and implement improvements in repair procedures.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance.
Requirements
Education
Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive engineering
Additional certifications in engine repair or management are advantageous
Experience
5+ years of relevant supervisory experience in engine repair
