Job Description

As an Engine Repair Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance and repair of engines. Your expertise will ensure optimal engine performance, compliance with safety regulations, and high-quality repair standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all activities related to engine repair and maintenance.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to the engine repair team.
  • Conduct inspections and diagnose engine problems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts used.
  • Monitor work performance and ensure adherence to company processes.
  • Actively engage in troubleshooting and resolving complex engine issues.
  • Train and develop junior technicians in best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements in repair procedures.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive engineering
  • Additional certifications in engine repair or management are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience in engine repair
