The Picker Tender plays a vital role in ensuring that orders are correctly selected and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select items accurately based on order requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile or high-value goods.
• Maintain accurate records of picked items and report discrepancies.
• Work with the warehouse manager to improve picking processes.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Support training of new team members as required.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss targets and performance.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar warehouse or picking role is preferred.

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Valid forklift operator certification (desirable)

Languages
