Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient collection and delivery routes are followed.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Assist in warehouse tasks when not on delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

• Driving Experience

Certifications

• Valid UK Driving License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local geography: Familiarity with the layout of London and shortcuts.
