Home Delivery Driver

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver with a strong commitment to customer service. The person will be responsible for safely transporting goods to customers while ensuring an excellent delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods to customers adhering to delivery routes.
• Manage payments and issue receipts as necessary.
• Keep the delivery vehicle in good working condition.
• Drive responsibly to reduce the risk of accidents.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Collect customer feedback and report on delivery performance.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Valid UK driving license
• GPS Navigation skills

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in e-commerce or retail deliveries: Previous delivery experience in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy packages: Physical ability to handle and lift heavy delivery packages.
