Inked Ribbons Quality Control Technician

Job Description

As an Inked Ribbons Quality Control Technician, you will ensure that all produced inked ribbons meet our stringent quality standards. You will conduct tests and inspections of the ribbons, identifying defects that may affect their performance or appearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess product specifications to ensure compliance.
• Conduct sampling tests for quality assurance.
• Assist in the development of quality control procedures.
• Implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions to address quality challenges.
• Facilitate workshops on best practices in quality management.
• Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in quality control within the manufacturing sector is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of printing processes
• Experience with inspection tools

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in manufacturing quality control: Hands-on experience in quality control processes within manufacturing environments.
