Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. This role will involve engaging with community stakeholders, developing outreach strategies, and coordinating events that enhance our mission. The ideal candidate will have experience in community organising and a genuine interest in social impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning of community events and outreach initiatives.
  • Liaise with community leaders and organisations for collaborative efforts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and programmes.
  • Support fundraising efforts through community engagement activities.
  • Serve as a public representative of the organisation at community events.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on outreach
