Cable Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cable Machine Operator to join our team. As a Cable Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cable manufacturing machines, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality cables.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs based on specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of production.
• Document production metrics and report to supervisors.
• Train new operators on best practices and machine operation.
• Continuously monitor output and adjust machinery as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with cable manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of cable quality control

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills

Advantageous

• Experience with cable quality control and inspection: Skilled in evaluating finished products for compliance.
