Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Behavior Analyst to join our Norwich team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing consumer behaviour data to provide insights that drive marketing strategies. Your expertise will be paramount in steering the company's market approach to effectively meet consumer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer satisfaction through various data collection methods.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to better understand diverse customer groups.
  • Utilise predictive analytics to forecast customer behaviour trends.
  • Assist in developing training materials based on consumer research.
  • Engage with customers for qualitative insights and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree in Data Science or Business Analytics is preferred.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or market research.
