Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions for structural engineering challenges.
• Engage in regular consultations with construction teams to ensure project adherence.
• Utilise software tools for structural analysis and modelling.
• Oversee compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review project proposals and reports for technical accuracy.
• Work closely with other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support the project management team in delivering projects on time.
• Foresee potential design issues and address them proactively.
• Document and track project progress to ensure milestones are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in structural engineering roles
