Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs and specifications for mechanical products.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
• Test and validate designs through simulations and prototypes.
• Work alongside other engineers to streamline production processes.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and components.
• Ensure all projects are completed within budget and timeline.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical design and engineering roles
