Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce trends and a knack for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the UX/UI design team to enhance the customer journey.
  • Maintain and update the e-commerce platform to align with company standards.
  • Liaise with IT and development teams for digital enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits of e-commerce operations and customer experiences.
  • Encourage customer retention through loyalty programs and personalised offers.
  • Create content for product descriptions, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Present e-commerce performance data to management and stakeholders.
  • Support brand initiatives through strategic online campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Relevant certifications highly regarded
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce roles
