We are on the lookout for a Structural Metal Fabricator and Fitter to join our dedicated team in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and fitting, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of work plans and schedules.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to resolve fabrication issues.
Maintain accurate records of materials and work performed.
Adhere to environmental policies during all fabrication processes.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in shipfitting
Experience
2-3 years of experience in shipfitting or a related field
