Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Birmingham team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and usability across our digital platforms. Your role will involve conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to implement your designs.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows and interface designs.
  • Ensure a consistent look and feel throughout all digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
  • Evaluate and prioritise design tasks based on user needs and business goals.
  • Provide support and feedback during the QA process.
  • Help in building and maintaining a user experience library.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX design or product design
