Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily operations within our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities.
  • Manage billing and coding processes for healthcare services.
  • Assist with the management of clinical staff schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
  • Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and surveys.
  • Collaborate with IT for electronic health record systems.
  • Develop training programs for administrative personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for audits.
  • Assist in community outreach programs related to healthcare services.
  • Manage incoming communications and correspondence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
