Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Allocate project resources effectively and manage project budgets.
  • Analyze and manage project risks and issues proactively.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training and development for project teams.
  • Utilise project management software for planning and communication.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Engage with the community and manage public relations associated with projects.

Requirements

Education
  • HND or equivalent in Construction or Project Management
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role

  • Construction Regulations Knowledge

Certifications
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
Languages
  • English: Fluent
