As a Commercial and Industrial Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining and crafting innovative packaging designs that elevate brand identities. You will collaborate closely with marketing, production, and sales teams to deliver compelling packaging solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple packaging design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Engage with clients to refine and develop packaging designs based on their feedback.
• Utilise design software to produce high-quality packaging prototypes.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster skill development.
• Document the design process for presentations and future reference.
• Stay informed on environmental sustainability practices in packaging design.
• Enhance packaging designs through effective use of typography and brand storytelling.
• Review and test packaging functionalities to ensure usability and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry is preferred
