Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT systems and provide effective solutions to support our users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximising productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT requests using a ticketing system.

  • Provide feedback on IT service performance to management.
  • Help develop IT training programs for new employees.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest IT trends.

  • Ensure user satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, ITIL) are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of technical support experience
