Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Police Detective to join our law enforcement team in London. You will lead and coordinate complex investigations, ensuring resolutions of serious crimes while mentoring junior detectives.
Responsibilities
Direct investigative teams in complex cases, ensuring effective collaboration and information-sharing.
Implement case management practices to track investigations and ensure timely resolutions.
Foster relationships with external law enforcement and forensic agencies.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to subordinate staff.
Drive efforts to improve community relations through outreach and engagement activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology or a related field
Advanced diploma in Criminal Investigation is an advantage
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Police Detective, with significant investigative expertise.
