Job Description

As a Public Health Officer, you will be instrumental in implementing public health programmes, conducting health assessments, and collaborating with community stakeholders. You will utilise your knowledge to promote health initiatives and educate the community on health issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop educational materials for public health awareness.
  • Identify health needs of the community through research.
  • Engage with community groups to promote health resources.
  • Lead training sessions for staff and volunteers.
  • Assess and manage health risks in the community.
  • Work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with health standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is highly preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a public health role
Technical Skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
