Job Description

Join our dynamic clinic as a Clinic Receptionist, where you will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Assist in collecting co-pays and verifying insurance eligibility.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Prepare patient files for upcoming appointments and procedures.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding services and procedures.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care operations.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ways to improve clinic efficiency.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction post-visit.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Qualifications in customer service or healthcare preferred.
Experience
  • 1+ years in a receptionist or administrative role within healthcare.
