Job Description

Join our dedicated team in Sheffield as a Pharmacist, where your expertise will help shape the health of our community. You will provide top-notch pharmaceutical care, manage medication therapies, and educate patients about their health and medications.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide advice on the storage and use of medicines.
  • Counsel patients on medication therapies and side effects.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient medication regimens.
  • Manage inventory and ensure medication availability.
  • Maintain records of patient prescriptions and medications issued.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
  • Conduct medication reviews and consultations.
  • Participate in health promotion activities within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • PharmD preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
