Personal Care Aide

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Personal Care Aides to assist individuals with daily living activities. The successful candidates will provide support with personal care, meal preparation, and emotional companionship.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in daily living tasks to enhance their quality of life.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental health.
• Provide feedback to the care team on client well-being.
• Follow care plans and report any concerns promptly.
• Ensure client's privacy and dignity are maintained at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (desirable)
• A valid UK driving license (desirable)

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
