Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager who will oversee and manage construction projects from initial planning through to completion. The successful candidate will be adept in managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met while liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines and milestones.
  • Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
  • Ensure adherence to cost control and budget management practices.
  • Facilitate the procurement process for materials and services.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate project handovers and ensure client satisfaction upon project completion.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects
