Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high safety standards. You'll lead a team of professionals, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate successful project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations on the construction site.
  • Ensure effective site management and resource allocation.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and issues promptly.
  • Maintain communication with clients to report progress.
  • Administer contracts and compliance with tender requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Additional qualifications in project management is a plus

  • 5+ years in construction project management or site management
