Pharmacist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of pharmacy services and patient care programs.
• Implement best practices for medication management.
• Review and approve prescriptions for accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
• Postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy role

Certifications

• Independent Prescribing Qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR): Familiarity with using EHR systems to manage patient information.
• Clinical Trial Experience: Experience participating in or managing clinical trials is desirable.
