Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Risk Analyst to join our team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in risk management and compliance, ensuring our operations adhere to regulatory standards while mitigating potential risks. Your analytical skills will play a key role in identifying areas of improvement and developing proactive strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and report on potential compliance risks to the management team.
  • Support the development of compliance training materials and deliver training sessions.
  • Review and revise compliance documents, ensuring they are up to date with legislative changes.
  • Work closely with the legal team to address compliance-related queries and issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies during audits and reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Professional qualifications in regulatory compliance are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk analysis, or audit roles
